The Wellness Department of Perinma is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being among its members and their families, as well as broader community, while also creating awareness and providing health education to the wider public. Its focus extends beyond the absence of illness and embraces physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being to help individuals lead healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.

Key Functions of the Wellness Department
The Wellness Department promotes health and well-being through education and awareness initiatives, including health talks, seminars, workshops, webinars, wellness campaigns, and the dissemination of reliable, evidence-based health information. It also raises awareness of current and emerging health issues affecting individuals, families, and communities.
The department develops and implements health promotion programs that encourage healthy lifestyles and preventive care. These may include fitness and wellness challenges, nutrition education, mental health initiatives, family wellness activities, and community outreach programs designed to improve overall quality of life.
To support early detection and prevention of health problems, the department organizes health screening activities, provides risk assessment, wellness guidance, and support services when needed.
