Department of Social and Humanitarian
This department plays roles in organizing social and humanitarian programs with the scope of activities in Indonesia. PERINMA hopes that it will be able to contribute significantly in supporting the Indonesian government programs in improving the standard of living of the Indonesian people, especially those who are within the poverty line. PERINMA's social and humanitarian programs focus on five main activities, namely food programs, sanitation and clean water programs, provision of educational facilities programs, vitamins and medicines distribution programs, and assistance to natural disasters


Herty Leummens
Head of Department of Social and Humanitarian
Herty Leummens is an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate professional with extensive experience in administration, executive support, education, telecommunications, and medical logistics. She is a committed wife and a loving mother to a thirteen-year-old son, balancing family life with a strong dedication to personal and professional growth.
Throughout her career, Herty has held key support and coordination roles in both national and international organizations. Her professional experience includes serving as Secretary to Management at Euroasiatic and Ratu Prabu Energy, Personal Assistant to the Asia Pacific Country Manager at Relacom Swedish Telecom, Program Support Staff at Putera Sampoerna Foundation, and Shipping Clerk at Medtronic Netherlands, where she has contributed to the efficient operation of a global medical logistics network.
Herty holds a Diploma III in English Literature and completed her professional training at Interstudi Secretary Academy in Indonesia. Her educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has strengthened her communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Known for her professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude, Herty excels in public relations, effective communication, teamwork, and relationship building. She is passionate about connecting with people and creating meaningful contributions within both professional and community environments.
Outside of work, Herty enjoys traveling, cooking, and photography, activities that reflect her creativity, curiosity, and appreciation for different cultures and experiences.
